It made my trip to Vratsa a really really nice experience. The rooms were reasonably large and beautiful with the balcony and incredible view to the mountains, for instance, the breakfast was savoury. The hotel restaurant was good.

I can't even express how mind-blowing my stay at this super hotel was! The location was jaw-dropping, with stunning city views and a backdrop of majestic mountains. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home. The family-owned staff were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. And let's not forget the amazing traditional BG restaurant nearby! The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception, making my stay even more convenient. The premises were excellent, and the furniture was top-notch. They even had a lift for easy access! The hotel is also wheelchair accessible, which is fantastic. I was thrilled to find out that they had a range of fun activities, including table tennis, badminton, hiking, cycling. And for those who need it, they have luggage storage and a locker room available. Plus, the air conditioning kept me cool in the non-smoking rooms. Absolutely loved my stay, and I can't wait to come back again!

The lobby was cozy and nicely decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, providing enough room to move around comfortably. the hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.
The staff seemed unwelcoming and unresponsive, leaving a negative impression from the moment we arrived. There were issues with the reservation, which caused unnecessary hassle and frustration.

clean and comfortable rooms with AC. Great location - with shops - restaurants, and a gas station nearby. The friendly receptionist gave us tips on local attractions, and we were pleasantly surprised by the private parking. Plus - they sorted out our TV issue immediately.
Couldn't recommend more.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.
